About the position
Perido is looking for a Global Training Specialist for a position at one of our clients, a major company and well-known name in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position situated in Gothenburg, but includes a lot of travel internationally.

Your daily tasks
For this role, you will be a part of the Product Information Department. The role will focus on delivering expert training and ensuring that global markets are well-informed, with a particular emphasis on electromobility solutions. It requires significant travel and hands-on market engagement, often engaging directly with global teams, partners, and customers in their markets. Making it ideal for someone with strong presentation skills and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver market-specific training programs: Design tailored training materials and sessions to meet the needs of diverse markets, focusing on equipping them with the necessary knowledge about the company’s products, especially in the electromobility space.
• Travel: Represent the company, delivering high-quality training and presentations directly to regional teams, partners, and clients.
• Engage retail partners: Enhance retail competence by ensuring partners fully understand the latest product developments, with an emphasis on how to communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.
• Presentation mastery: Lead training sessions with a focus on clear, impactful communication. Ensure that trainees walk away with a deep understanding of the material presented, tailored to their market needs.
• Electromobility expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on electromobility, helping markets navigate the complexities of this evolving technology.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Sales, and Retail teams to ensure training is aligned with the company’s business objectives and the specific needs of each market.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in training, with a proven track record of presenting complex technical information to global audiences
• Strong teaching and mentoring background, demonstrating an ability to assess training needs and deliver knowledge in an engaging, accessible manner
• Electromobility knowledge or a strong technical background in related areas is preferred
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, capable of leading training sessions and engaging with diverse markets effectively
• Willingness to travel internationally, often engaging directly with global teams, partners, and customers in their own markets
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to adapt training approaches to different regions and audiences

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment for 12 months. Start asap.
