1. Introduction
Perido protects your personal integrity and it is important to us that you feel safe with how your personal data is processed with us. Within the framework of our business, we process personal data that you have provided to us or that we have obtained from another party. Our privacy policy exists so that you as a candidate, employee and client feel safe in our handling of your personal data.
In this policy, we will describe what type of personal data is handled, in what way and for what purpose it is processed, and what legal basis we rely on in each processing. You who are registered can read about your rights and your possibilities for correction, deletion, and similar measures. Our handling of your personal data complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. What is meant by personal data?
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable physical person that can directly or indirectly identify a person.
Personal data may be:
- Name
- Telephone number
- E-mail addresses
- Ip-adress
- Financial information
- Analysis of buying patterns
Processing of personal data includes both what is automated and what is done manually. This includes, among other things, collection, registration, structuring, storage, adaptation and modification, retrieval, reading, disclosure by transfer, and deletion.
Personal data shall always be processed in a manner that ensures a high level of security, by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures.
3. For you as a candidate
An important part of Perido’s core business is to find candidates and match these to our current positions and assignments in order to be able to offer a job. The employment can either be with us or directly with our clients’ companies. Our interest in finding candidates and being able to offer them work therefore carries weight as it promotes both career development and mobility in the labor market in general. The business has a constant influx of new candidates consisting people who actively apply to us and of people we identify through our internal networks or third parties such as external databases or social media.
3.1 Potential candidate
You become a potential candidate with us when we find you without you having actively applied to us yourself. This may have been done through, for example, a recommendation within our internal network, external databases, or social media. In order to be able to contact you as a potential candidate and initiate a dialogue about possible future career opportunities, we process your personal data in our internal recruitment systems.
In our first contact with you, we will check your interest in a continued dialogue with us. If there is a mutual interest in a continued dialogue, we will send you an email with a reference to this policy as well as any requests for supplementary information. From now on we will see you as a candidate and process your personal data in accordance with the text under the heading Candidate. Should you not be interested in having continued contact with us, we will not continue to process your personal data in our systems.
If we have not established contact with you within 4 months, your personal data will be deleted. Perido supports the processing of this data on the legitimate interest of being able to offer work and career development.

3.2 Candidate
When you register yourself via our website, you are asked to approve and give your consent for us to process your personal data in accordance with this policy. This means that you become a candidate with us and our processing is based on your consent. If we have contacted you as a potential candidate, according to the previous point and you have expressed your interest in a continued dialogue with us, our processing is based on our (mutual) legitimate interest.
In order for us to be able to contact you, maintain a relationship, match your profile with our current and future assignments, and convey job offers, we process and save your information in our internal recruitment systems. As a candidate with us, your personal data may be transferred to one or more of our clients. However, the transfer is always made after we have had a dialogue with you and you yourself have given your approval for us to present your profile.
In cases where the employment or assignment requires you to carry out a personality test, your personal data may be both transferred and processed by our external supplier. In addition to being processed by us, your test results may also be transferred to the client for employment or the assignment in question. The processing of this personal data is based on your consent or expressed interest.
Perido never requests sensitive personal data, that is, data on ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or data related to health or sexuality.

3.3 Candidates in our network
If you as a candidate submitted your personal data to us before 25 May 2018, your data will remain and be processed with us. For example, you may have provided personal data via an application for a position, during a recruitment process, through a spontaneous application, or in dialogue with us where there is a mutual interest in continued contact. Perido’s processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest to continue to develop our relationship with you and to draw your attention to future career opportunities and offers.

4. When you become an employee
When you as a candidate are employed by Perido, we will collect supplementary information required to establish employment and comply with law and collective agreements linked to this.
5. For you as a client
In order to be able to offer and develop Perido’s services, a very important part of our core business is to establish and develop good business relationships with our clients. Our interest in having contact information for potential clients is therefore of great importance to us. This information is collected, for example, through our own internal networks, from third parties such as social media and public records.
5.1 Potential client
In order to contact you as a potential client to offer services, Perido collects your personal data. The data is collected partly from third parties, such as social media and public registers, and from our internal networks. The data is then stored in Perido’s own business systems.
Our processing of this personal data is done on the basis of Perido’s legitimate interest in establishing business relationships and developing our services. After a first contact has been made with you, you will receive an email with a link to this policy, so that you, as a registered user, know how we process your personal data. If, when contacting Perido, you decline to be contacted in the future, we will note this in our business system in order not to contact you again.
In connection with marketing activities, emails may be sent to you. For example, it can be mailings for information purposes or invitations to one of our events. At each such mailing, there is the possibility of being deregistered from further mailings. Perido processes your personal data until it is no longer needed to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes. You can also request to be deleted yourself if you no longer want to be registered with us. Perido will never disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.

5.2 Client
For you who are a client of ours, our contact is important to ensure good cooperation and a functioning business relationship based on the agreement signed regarding our services. In order to maintain our contact and also develop our business relationship with you, we process your personal data in our business system. This personal data is mainly collected from yourself through, for example, contractual documentation, but it can also come from our internal networks or from third parties. Our processing of this personal data is based on Perido’s legitimate interest in establishing and developing business relationships and in developing our services. The processing can also be based on compliance with laws or for Perido to be able to fulfill agreements entered into. If upon contact with Perido, you decline to be contacted in the future, we will note this in our system in order not to contact you again.

6. Social security number
As a candidate, you do not need to state your social security number in your CV or application. Perido, on the other hand, may need your social security number if, for example, a background check or a security check is required for a specific service. If this is the case, the collection of your social security number will only take place with your consent.
7. Reference person
To be able to carry out well-matched recruitments, Perido will process personal data for the reference persons we receive from our candidates. The processing of this personal data is based on Perido’s legitimate interest as it is an important part of the matching to ensure that the most suitable candidate receives the relevant position.
It is the candidate who informs his references that they have been disclosed and may be contacted by Perido. When we contact you as a reference person, you will also receive information about our processing of personal data with reference to this Policy.
After we have provided our customer with a summary of the reference taking, the personal data is stored for up to two years with the support of Perido’s need to be able to exercise its right in a possible discrimination dispute.

8.Protection of your data
For Perido’s processing of personal data, we have taken a number of security measures. Examples of these measures are that we have strengthened our internal routines regarding information security, we have trained our employees in GDPR, we have minimized access in our recruitment and business systems, we have increased the monitoring of our systems regarding vulnerability, and we have made investments in both perimeter protection in our premises and in our network. We have also appointed a Data Protection Officer whose task is to review that we comply with these rules, guidelines, and procedures.
9. Your rights
Fulfilling your rights is an important part of our data protection work, you who are registered will find a brief description of your rights below.
Data portability
At your request, we will provide the information we have registered about you with the support of consent or to fulfill an agreement. This shall be done without undue delay and in a commonly used and machine-readable format.
Register extract
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and access the data we process in the form of a register extract.
Correction, deletion and limitation
All data we process must be accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which it is processed. If you as registered inform us that a piece of information concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it without undue delay.
If you wish to be deleted, this will also be done without undue delay if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, provided that there is no legal requirement that prevents deletion.
Perido shall ensure that your right to limitation is complied with. This right exists when you as a data subject believe that the data is incorrect and have requested correction while the accuracy of the data is being investigated.
