About the position
Perido is looking for a Financial Controller for our client, a large and well-known company in the automotive industry. The position is located in Gothenburg, where the work takes place on-site in the office.

Your daily tasks
In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Accountant and collaborate with colleagues in Poland and India in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Together, you will help secure accurate financial reporting, support the period-end closing process, contribute with analysis and stay up to date on accounting policies and reporting requirements. You are also responsible for driving the annual report process and you are the main contact and coordinator for the external audit.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field, combined with relevant accounting experience
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of K3 and IFRS
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
• Experience working in SAP or a similar ERP system
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize, take ownership and deliver with a strong sense of commitment
• Experience from an audit firm is considered a plus
• Experience from working in a larger company is an advantage

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-03-31. Start 2026-08-10.
