About the position
We are looking for a Business Support for our client, a company that is an innovative player in the fast-growing electric vehicle industry, focused on delivering premium products with modern technology and sustainability at the core. The position is based on-site at their office in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks
As a Business Support, you will be part of Models & Fabrication (M&F) and work closely with the management team in their daily operations to support design modelling.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing the administrative process for consumables for M&F
• Responsible for the chemical management system for M&F
• Collecting and maintaining the studio’s materials and supplies
• Creating Assignment Descriptions and Purchasing Requisitions for the department
• Establish and maintain Service & Maintenance agreements
• Support the Management team when required
• Participate in Management meetings

Your characteristics
For this role, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and an honest approach to their work. You are technically competent and have a solid work ethic, while also being flexible, goal-oriented, and persistent. We value your ability to collaborate and your willingness to both share your knowledge and embrace new methods. You are creative and innovative, yet at the same time structured, methodical, and analytical with strong planning skills.
