About the position
We at Perido are looking for a Critical Technician to join our clients’ team. Our client CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS), is a part of the CBRE Group with over 130.000 employees worldwide and delivers fully integrated real estate, facilities and technology solutions for data centre owners, occupiers and investors across the globe. The main work will be carried out during regular office hours. Although this position requires 24/7 shift availability, with a focus on morning, daytime, and evening shifts, although night shifts may occasionally be necessary. The schedule will also be adapted to support the team during sick leave, vacations, and other absences, as the site operates around the clock.

Your daily tasks:

• Responding speedily to fault/breakdown requests and efficiently undertaking routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment
• Quality assurance CBRE technical delivery and participate in critical installations and critical maintenance work. Maintain and monitor critical systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop operational procedures
• Collaborate with supplier partners and the CBRE team, occasionally liaising with clients
• Participate in team activities and carry out additional tasks as required
• Participate in decisions and the execution of the work

Qualifications:

• Experience within datacentre or other critical environment
• Proactive and inquisitive mindset
• ESA and AMS is advantageous
• Good knowledge in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of building automation systems and cooling systems is a plus
• Network infrastructure, or an electrical background, is strongly meriting
