About the position

Perido is seeking a Finance & Business Administrator for our client, a world-leading company in the real estate sector. The company owns and manages commercial and residential properties and continues to expand its operations across Sweden. You will be based in Rosersberg, with the flexibility to work from home about three days per week.

Your daily tasks

You will be part of a close-knit team including a Site Manager and Team Leaders, supporting the overall operations and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and present internal operational and financial monthly and quarterly reports
  • Support decision-making in business and financial matters
  • Develop models for follow-up and reporting to improve financial management standards
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial statements and budgeting
  • Handle supplier and customer invoices
  • Communicate with new and existing suppliers
  • Plan and participate in review meetings with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure quality and safety standards in line with legislation and customer commitments
  • Mentor and guide contract support personnel (note: no direct reports)

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
  • Experience in financial administration and business support
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience with databases
  • Programming knowledge

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months, thereafter possible takeover by the client. Start in August according to agreement.
