About the position
Perido is looking for a Payroll Specialist for our client, a major player in the automotive industry. The position is a part-time role, offering 20 hours per week, and is based in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks
We are looking for a qualified Payroll Specialist to staff our clients’ part-time phone support. The assignment involves providing professional support to the company’s customers on weekdays between 08:00 – 11:30.

As a payroll specialist you are expected to:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with salary-related questions
• Provide clear and effective solutions or escalate complex cases when necessary
• Register and follow up cases in our case management system in a structured way

Your characteristics
The ideal candidate has previous experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of payroll systems. You should be detail-oriented, with the ability to document and manage tasks accurately and efficiently. A service-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in helping others will help you thrive in this role. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team, in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are key. • Experience with case management systems and previous support roles
