About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a Senior Buyer to join our client, an exciting and forward-thinking company in the automotive industry. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global finance team with high-impact assignments. The position is based in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks

In this role, you will lead end-to-end sourcing activities from RFI/RFQ through to contract signature and supplier performance review. You will procure services according to strategies defined together with key stakeholders, while providing expert advice and guidance on procurement issues throughout the entire procurement cycle. You will also track and evaluate supplier performance through systematic and automated reviews of quality, cost, and delivery, and take corrective actions to ensure contract compliance and continuous improvement.

Collaboration will be central to your success — you will work closely with a cross-functional and international team where innovation and sustainability are at the heart of everything they do. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant technical field
• Proven experience in indirect procurement (minimum 5 years)
• Demonstrated track record in managing service agreements and governance
• Experience using MS Office and digital procurement tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-10-31. Start 2025-11-01.
