About the position
Perido is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to our client, an automobile company that brings mobility technology and solutions to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles.  The position is located in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, contributing to organizational effectiveness and long-term people strategy. In this role, you coach managers, lead workforce planning, and ensure strong alignment between local HR and global HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and coach managers on leadership, performance, and employee relations
• Align HR strategies with business goals and support leadership teams
• Lead workforce planning and provide insights for data-driven decisions
• Develop and implement core HR processes (performance, talent, onboarding, engagement)
• Partner closely with HR teams in China to ensure consistency with global frameworks
• Handle complex employee relations and support organizational development initiatives

Your characteristics
The Senior HR Business Partner should be a strategically minded and highly collaborative person with strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels. The role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to solving complex people challenges. You need to be comfortable navigating change, building trust, and working across cultures, particularly in a global HR environment. A strong analytical mindset, combined with the ability to translate data into clear insights, is essential. Equally important are resilience, professionalism, and the capacity to coach managers, drive processes forward, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Solid experience as HR Business Partner or related HR experience, within a multinational organization
• Experience working with international teams
• Strong background in workforce planning, talent development, and HR process design
• Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-08-14. Start asap.
