About the position
We are now looking for a Test Leader to our client, a world-leading supplier of transport solutions that together with its customers and partners are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. You will be working partly remote and partly from the office based in Södertälje.

Your daily tasks
We are looking for a Test Leader who will be responsible for daily managing and planning projects and commissioning activities. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and specifying requirements across various areas, including Engineering, Production/Launch, IT, Logistics, and Maintenance. The Test Leader will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of the project are effectively coordinated to meet the set objectives.

Examples of topics to handle:

• Tests/activities for the day
• Supplier activities for the day
• Reflection on yesterday’s activities, analyz results
• Visualization of plans and results
• Introduce corrective measures when needed
• Communicate test results and write reports

Your characteristics
To succeed in this role, we believe you have good leadership skills, are self-driven and able to work in fast-paced project environments. You are outgoing and possess strong social skills which comes in handy in this communicative role. We also think you are well-organized and enjoy working both individually and in a team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree and/or experience from a similar role
• Experience in analyzing results, and to communicate test results and writing reports
• Experience with project and commissioning plans
• Comfortable in communicating test results and write reports
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment for 6 months, with a possibility of extension. Start asap.
