About the position
Perido is looking for a Business Assistant for our client, a well-known and coordinated company in the automotive industry. They have a mission to bring traditional car production into a connected, sustainable, and personal future. They are looking for a Business Assistant for their department manager within Energy Management, Propulsion and Energy. It is a unit within Engineering with a clear aim to be a leader in electric propulsion. They offer you the opportunity to work in a forward-looking and dynamic environment alongside experienced and motivated colleagues, giving you a unique chance to work with knowledgeable management teams. The position is located in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks
Your main responsibility is to support the department heads. You help with all business-related tasks to ensure an optimal workflow. You act as an enabler for days to be planned as efficiently as possible and act as a liaison between internal and external business relationships by managing the manager’s email, calendar coordination, agendas, town halls, and presentation materials. You will also plan and coordinate meetings, visits and events, travel, time reporting, and other administrative tasks included in the administrative base. You will also engage in competence activities, support the organization with training needs, and manage administrative tasks related to the competence area at the unit level.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as an assistant or several years of experience in a similar supporting role
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Driving license B
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment 2026-06-30. Start asap.
