Used Cars Specialist needed! – Paris

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and developing our clients’ used car operations in France. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and high-quality service – all while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the position
Perido is now looking for a Used Cars Specialist for our client, an innovative and modern car brand that offers different types of car leasing/access. You will be working from the office based in Paris.
Your daily tasks
As a Used Cars Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our clients’ used car operations in France. You will work closely with internal departments, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth processes and high service quality. Key responsibilities include:
Payment follow-up: Maintain and update the payment follow-up file after each invoiced deal.
Payment verification: Check and confirm payments received from buyers, register and file bank payment confirmations.
Vehicle release coordination: Coordinate vehicle release to buyers in close collaboration with other teams.
Vehicle documentation: Request vehicle documents to be sent to buyers; liaise closely with the Vehicle Administration Department.
System updates: Upload data into internal systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing in line with Used Cars and Finance process requirements.
Stock management support: Assist the UC Manager with stock management tasks, including car assessment requests and data analysis.
Data tracking and reporting: Use Excel to monitor operational flows and payment status, and support data collection for reporting purposes.
Your characteristics
We are looking for a structured person with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. You are proactive and autonomous, able to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently. With strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, you are organised and process-oriented, with excellent time management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing international environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams. Additionally, you like to contribute ideas and suggest improvements to enhance processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic functions and reporting)
- Clear communicator and effective collaborator across teams
- Ability to contribute ideas and suggest improvements
- Comfortable working in English & French (spoken and written)
- Experience with ERP or finance systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-02-28. Start 2025-09-01.
