About the position

Perido is looking for a Site Coordinator on behalf of our client, a large and well-known international company within the automotive industry. The position is based in Eskilstuna.

Your daily tasks

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the center of activity, enjoys creating order, and takes pride in supporting both employees and leadership.

As Site Coordinator, you will be the face of the office and the person who ensures daily operations run in a professional, welcoming, and efficient way. You will combine administrative responsibilities with hands-on coordination, contributing to a workplace where colleagues can perform at their very best.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for onsite needs – from visitors to employees and leadership.
  • Managing office logistics, including meeting rooms, supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborating closely with Facilities, IT, and HR/People teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Acting as key user for tools such as EBD and Ariba, and providing support with Planon and PPDL lists.
  • Coordinating onsite activities such as events, team gatherings, and wellness initiatives.
  • Helping maintain a friendly, inclusive, and well-organized workplace culture.
  • Sharing information effectively and troubleshooting small issues before they become larger problems.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinating role
  • Strong computer literacy, especially within MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills

Meritorious:

  • Experience using tools such as Envoy, Slack, Jira, or similar systems
  • Previous work experience from the tech industry or a fast-paced international environment

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-01-31. Start asap.
