About the position
Perido is currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for an exciting assignment with our client, a global industrial organization within the automotive industry. In this role, you will be part of a central HR function supporting primarily production units in complex and sensitive employee-related matters. You will join a small, highly skilled team of HRBPs and work closely with managers, local HR, employees, and union representatives. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to quickly adapt to internal processes and ways of working in a large, matrixed organization. The position is primarily on-site in Södertälje, with some flexibility for remote work depending on case requirements.
Your daily tasks
As a Senior HRBP, you will independently manage and drive a wide range of employee relations cases, including:
- Leading and conducting workplace investigations
- Managing rehabilitation processes in line with internal frameworks
- Handling misconduct and disciplinary matters
- Investigating and supporting cases related to victimization and harassment
- Leading difficult and sensitive conversations with various stakeholders
- Providing expert HR support to production units and other business areas
- Collaborating closely with HR colleagues and other internal stakeholders
Your characteristics
We are looking for a confident and trustworthy professional with high integrity and the ability to navigate complex situations with a calm and structured approach. You are self-driven, pedagogical in your communication, and able to build credibility quickly across the organization.
You thrive in an independent role while also valuing collaboration within a central support function
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and case management
- Proven experience handling:
- Rehabilitation processes
- Misconduct and disciplinary cases
- Workplace investigations
- Difficult employee conversations
- Strong understanding of how large organizations manage HR processes
- Ability to quickly learn and apply internal methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading discussions
- Fluency in English
Meritorious:
- Academic degree in HR, behavioral science, law, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large, global organization
- Knowledge of employment law, occupational health, and workplace investigations frameworks
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-12-31. Start as soon as possible.
