About the position
At Perido, we are continuously looking to connect with talented UX/UI and Product Designers for current and upcoming assignments in the Gothenburg area — particularly within automotive, mobility, digital products, and other technology-driven environments. What kind of experience are we interested in?
We are especially interested in designers who have experience with areas such as:

• UX/UI and interaction design for digital products and services
• Mobile apps, web platforms and touch-based interfaces
• In-car, onboard or other embedded display experiences
• User research, usability testing and translating insights into design decisions
• User flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI
• Design systems, reusable components and visual consistency
• Working closely with developers, engineers, product owners and other stakeholders
• Translating technical complexity into clear and intuitive experiences
• Designing across multiple touchpoints and customer journeys

Experience from automotive, mobility, consumer electronics, marine or other complex technical environments is highly relevant, but we are also happy to meet strong designers from adjacent industries.

Tools and skills we often look for

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Prototyping and wireframing
• User-centered design and interaction design
• Design systems and component-based design
• Visual design fundamentals, including layout, typography and iconography
• User research and usability evaluation
• Clear communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or similar visual and motion design tools can also be valuable.

Who are you?
You are a designer who combines creativity with structure and is comfortable moving between early concepts and detailed delivery. You can balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints, while clearly explaining the reasoning behind your design decisions. You enjoy collaborating with others, but you are also comfortable taking ownership and moving work forward independently. Most importantly, you care about creating experiences that are not only visually strong, but genuinely useful and intuitive for the people using them.
