About the position
We are looking for a Project Manager for our client, a company within the automotive industry that focuses on enhancing customer success through new services and digital solutions. With a strong presence in Finland, they collaborate with an international team to optimize service processes and drive digital transformation. Using a Lean approach and data-driven insights, the company works closely with workshop personnel and bodybuilders to improve vehicle usability and performance. You will be working from Vantaa in Finland. There is a possibility to work remote two days per week.

Your daily tasks
As a Project Manager for Product Development, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and delivering complex projects or subprojects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will coordinate multiple related projects, driving efficient execution and successful outcomes. The role also includes presenting project results in Sweden approximately once per quarter, as well as traveling within Finland to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer interaction, applying Lean principles, process design and PowerBI usage (or more advanced analytics methods/tools). Approximately 2-3 years of experience with Power Bi, SQL coding
• The work requires ability to travel
• A basic understanding of heavy duty or the automotive industry
• A sales approach
• Knowledge in N/A
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Finnish

Meritorious:

• Fluent in Swedish

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-12-31. Start 2025-02-01.
